Most workplace harassment concerns can be resolved by letting the person know that their behaviour is not welcome.
If you don't feel comfortable speaking to them or the matter is serious you should report your concerns to your direct supervisor/manager. Depending on the circumstances they may ask you to complete the Harassment Reporting Form.
We have two harassment reporting form options.
Workplace Harassment Reporting Form: This form will allow you to provide information about harassment that you wish for us to investigate and receive a written response from.
Anonymous Harassment Reporting Form: This form will allow you to anonymously make a complaint of workplace harassment. Upon receipt of this form we will conduct an investigation that is appropriate to the circumstances, however, you will not receive any sort of reply or follow-up.
